The Carriages at Allyns Landing is a development of First Triangle Devleopment, LLC.
Mike Weigensberg began working in 1964 on single-family homes, townhomes, and apartment buildings. He joined First Quebec Corporation as a partner in 1974, which was active in Quebec and Montreal, Canada; Edmonton, Alberta; Boston, Massachusetts; Providence, Rhode Island; and Boca Raton, Florida. Their developments include mid-rise and high-rise buildings, industrial buildings and residential property. Mr. Weigensberg is a graduate of Concordia University and McGill University School of Business Administration. He has been a real estate advisor to Provigo (a major Canadian grocery store chain), and Astral Belvue Pathy (a large Canadian film producer); He has been invited to speak as a guest lecturer at the McGill School of Business and Concordia University; and has chaired various real estate panels at property forums. He has been active in the residential market of Raleigh since 1997 and currently has four major residential projects under development.
